Chapelstreet

An apartment in Notting Hill, situated in old Victorian industrial building, was refurbished to provide a loft style environment.

This involved removal of existing walls to create a very large reception room with new ceilings and concealed lighting.

New reclaimed timber flooring was laid throughout, and a new kitchen complete with granite work surfaces and new appliances installed.

The new  bathrooms were finished with limestone walls and floors.

Cambridge Gardens, Richmond

This residential apartment required considerable work to ready it for sale or letting

A new bathroom was constructed within an existing large bedroom to form an en-suite, with a new concealed entrance door formed within the line of a run of built in wardrobes. The existing bathroom was gutted, specialist tanking carried out to overcome external water penetration, and refitted.

The existing kitchen was stripped out and convert into study/bedroom. A new kitchen/dining room was created within the existing rear reception room, with new units and appliances. All the plumbing, heating and electrical work was carried out within the contract. Finally the apartment was completely re-decorated and new carpets laid

Transworld House, Moorgate

A multi tenanted office building in the City of London, which required a complete refurbishment carried out in phases to suit the profile of the tenants leases

The work included complete refurbishment to all the office floors

  • New suspended ceilings
  • New partitioned walls
  • New lighting
  • New air-conditioning
  • New power and data cabling
  • New flooring
  • Decorations

The foyer was re-panelled and a new left shaft casing with a stainless steel finish installed

Finally, new glass entrance doors with remote entry systems were installed to the main entrance

Museum Street

A listed building near the British Museum was formerly used for office and commercial purposes. The interior was completely stripped out and remodelled to provide a number of residential apartments.
The period features of the building which were the subject of the listing significantly complicated the design and build process.

Once the apartments had been completed the exterior of the building was then renovated, including works to the roof and windows.

Graham Street

A derelict public house was converted into two highly desirable 2 bedroom apartments.

The works included new services to the building – gas water and electricity – waterproofing the basement area with a revolutionary membrane system, and a domestic sprinkler system to meet building regulation requirements. Each apartment was then fitted out to the highest standards, new bathrooms, kitchens with granite work surfaces and hardwood staircases.  External refurbishment works included new bespoke windows in the same style as the originals, new cementatious screed to all walls, again designed to harmonise with neighbouring structures, and new front doors and furniture.
