Case Study - Mediterranean Kitchen at St Martins Lane

cafe st martinA major programme to refurbish the building internally and externally in this sensitive conservation area has been undertaken. The external works involved refurbishing the complete fabric of the building - roofs, windows, brickwork etc, and includes new extract ducting from the restaurant kitchens.

Internally the restaurant has been completely remodeled and refurbished on both floors, new flooring, ceilings, lighting, decorations, seating etc being carried out over a 5 week period. The work included a new bar and back bar, together with all the associated mechanical, electrical and data works.
